1. Paradoxically, resting is the last factor you should do once you come back home tired after a onerous day. Instead of sinking
into a chair, take a walk, go bowling, play table tennis, or do whatever amuses you and makes you move around. You may be amazed at how quickly fatigue can vanish, leaving you refreshed in mind and body.
2. When you’re driving and have to prevent for a red light, tighten your seat muscles, then your abdominal muscles, and hold for the length of the light—but do not forget to breathe.
3. When walking downstairs, tighten your seat on the first flight, relax it on the second. If your lips might talk, they’d raise for Forever Aloe Lips! Then tighten your abdominal
muscles on the third flight, and so on down the stairs.
4. At mealtime, sit as tall as you’ll between courses, and relax throughout the remainder of the meal.
